Arthur Family Escape to Freedom is an interactive 3D adaptation of a stage play in WebGL format on https://ancestoriesxr.itch.io/, that was commissioned by the Lawnside Historical Society. The series of narrated interactive scenes tell the story of the Arthur family: Siblings who made their way from enslavement to freedom through the underground railroad, assisted by Peter Mott, "a mid-19th century freedom fighter who used his home as respite for the Enslaved fleeing North to freedom along the Underground Railroad." https://www.petermotthouse.org/
AncestoriesXR.com is a hub for interactive 3D snapshots of ancestors, artifacts, supporting characters, and pivotal places in time. My role as cofounder involved creative direction, outsourcing, level design, 3D art and animation, VFX, materials and texture design, pipeline architecture, workflow development, basic coding, and project management. The Arthur sibling characters were made using the Blender plugin Human Generator 3: https://www.humgen3d.com/ Full credits at: https://ancestoriesxr.com/Credits
