Download u3d-sdk-template-main from your preferred source above
Rename and move the template folder wherever you store Unity projects
Open Unity Hub, add from disk, and open your renamed folder
Unity opens with everything pre-configured

Reserve your creator name URL, and enable monetization:

Go to toolbar → U3D → Setup tab
(Optional) Sign up or Login to reserve your Creator name
(Preferred) Sign up or Login with PayPal to reserve your Creator name and monetize creations
