2. How to Request Data Deletion

• Your Unreality3D username or email address
• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
• Any specific concerns or questions about the deletion process

Identity Verification

To protect your account security, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests:

• Email must be sent from your registered account email address
• For PayPal-linked accounts, we may require additional verification
• If you no longer have access to your email, contact us for alternative verification methods

Financial Records (PayPal Transactions)

• Payout Records: Creator earnings and payout history for tax reporting
• Anonymization: Personal identifiers removed while maintaining transaction integrity

Security and Legal Requirements

• Fraud Prevention: Anonymized data to prevent platform abuse
• Legal Compliance: Records required by law for specific timeframes
• Platform Security: Technical logs for security incident investigation

6. Your Content and GitHub Repositories

Platform-Hosted Content

• Content hosted on Unreality3D servers is deleted with your account
• Published URLs become inaccessible within 24 hours
• Content analytics and metadata are removed completely

GitHub Repositories

• Your Repositories: Remain under your full control and ownership
• Platform Integration: Disconnected but repositories are not deleted
• Your Choice: You can keep, transfer, or delete repositories independently
• Template Usage: You may continue using downloaded templates

7. Third-Party Services

PayPal Data

• We disconnect PayPal integration from your account
• PayPal retains transaction data according to their policies
• Contact PayPal directly to manage their data retention
• Revenue sharing stops immediately upon account deletion

GitHub Integration

• Platform access to your repositories is revoked
• GitHub data retention follows GitHub's policies
• Your repositories and GitHub account remain unaffected

Firebase (Google Cloud)

• User data deleted from Firebase databases
• Analytics data anonymized or deleted
• Authentication tokens invalidated

8. Partial Data Deletion Options

You don't have to delete your entire account. We offer selective data removal options:

Content-Only Deletion

• Remove specific content while keeping your account
• Delete published projects individually
• Clear analytics data for specific content

Payment Data Removal

• Disconnect PayPal integration
• Switch to free account status
• Retain creator account without monetization

Integration Disconnection

• Remove GitHub integration only
• Disconnect PayPal authentication
• Clear specific third-party connections

9. Data Export Before Deletion

Before requesting deletion, you can export your data:

• Content Analytics: Download usage statistics and performance data
• Creator Information: Export profile and account settings
• Transaction History: Download payment and earnings records
• Content Backup: Ensure you have copies of your creative work

10. Consequences of Data Deletion

Loss of Access

• Cannot recover your username or creator profile
• All published content becomes inaccessible
• Professional URLs stop working immediately
• Platform tools and SDK access removed

Financial Impact

• Pending PayPal payouts may be delayed
• Future earnings from existing content stop
• Access to revenue analytics removed
• Tax reporting data becomes unavailable (except for compliance records)

Community Impact

• Your content becomes unavailable to users who purchased access
• Community contributions and interactions are removed
• Creator profile and achievements deleted

11. Reactivation Policy

Due to our commitment to permanent data deletion:

• No Reactivation: Deleted accounts cannot be restored
• New Account: You may create a fresh account with a new username
• Content Recreation: Previous content and analytics cannot be recovered
• Username Availability: Your deleted username may become available for others

12. Children's Data

For users under 18:

• Parent or guardian can request deletion on behalf of minors
• Expedited processing for users under 13
• Additional verification may be required
• Educational account data handled according to applicable privacy laws

This policy complies with international privacy regulations including:
