• Authentication: Email address and password (via Firebase Authentication)
• Creator Profile: Username, display name, and any profile information you provide
• PayPal Email: If you enable monetization, your PayPal email address for payment routing

Publishing and Deployment Data

• GitHub Integration: Repository names and deployment status for content publishing
• Project Metadata: Project names, descriptions, and publishing history stored in Firebase

Technical Information

• Server Logs: IP addresses (masked/hashed for visitor tracking), request timestamps, and user agent strings
• Firebase Analytics: Platform usage and performance metrics

Transaction Data

• Payment Records: Transaction amounts, timestamps, and PayPal order IDs for completed payments
• We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or full PayPal account information

3. How We Use Your Information

• Platform Services: Providing authentication, content publishing, and professional URL routing
• Payments: Processing transactions through the PayPal integration and recording transaction history
• Communication: Platform updates and service notifications
• Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve performance and features
• Security: Bot detection, rate limiting, and abuse prevention

4. Information Sharing

We share information only in these circumstances:

• PayPal: Payment processing and transaction routing (subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy)
• Firebase (Google Cloud): Platform infrastructure, authentication, and data storage (subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy)
• GitHub: Content publishing and deployment (subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Creator Choice: Public content and profiles are visible as configured by creators

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Firebase security rules and authentication
• PayPal's PCI-compliant payment processing (we never handle raw payment card data)
• Rate limiting and bot detection on platform endpoints
• Circuit breaker protection on routing infrastructure

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data (see our Data Deletion Policy)
• Disconnect PayPal or GitHub integrations at any time
• Control your content visibility

7. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and financial compliance
• Server Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging
• GitHub Integration: Repository access revoked immediately upon disconnection

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
