Creator-friendly terms for the Unreality3D platform
By accessing or using the Unreality3D platform ("Service"), operated by Unreality3D LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
Unreality3D is a Unity WebGL publishing platform that provides creators with a free template Unity project, automated deployment to the creator's own GitHub Pages, professional URLs, optional platform-hosted monetization tools, and multiplayer networking. Visitors can browse and experience published content directly in the browser with no downloads required.
Creators keep 95% of revenue through automatic transaction splitting. Publishing, professional URLs, and multiplayer networking are provided at no cost to creators.
Creators authenticate via Firebase (email and password) and reserve a unique username through the Unity Editor. This username determines your professional URL at unreality3d.com.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or discriminatory.
You retain ownership of your original content. By publishing through Unreality3D, you grant us a limited license to host, route, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms. Your GitHub repositories remain under your full control and ownership at all times. For detailed content and behavior standards, see our Community Guidelines.
Monetization is optional. Creators who choose to accept payments do so through PayPal integration built into the template Unity project. Transaction processing occurs via unreality3d.com services, which automatically split each payment: 95% to the creator's PayPal account, 5% to the platform. Creators publishing free content pay no fees.
Platform technology, trademarks, and the Unreality3D name remain our property. The template Unity project is provided for creating content to be shared via the Unreality3D platform. Unity engine components are subject to Unity's license terms. You may not reverse engineer or copy platform infrastructure.
Publishing uses automated GitHub Pages deployment. You maintain full ownership and control of your repositories. The platform accesses only the information necessary for publishing. You may disconnect GitHub integration at any time; your repositories and GitHub account are unaffected.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your right to request data deletion is described in our Data Deletion Policy.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or update infrastructure. GitHub Pages availability is subject to GitHub's own uptime. Critical changes will be communicated through the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNREALITY3D LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
If a dispute arises from these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first at admin@unreality3d.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state where Unreality3D LLC is incorporated.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Unreality3D LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
